Sexuality

Sexuality can be understood as sexual life in the broadest sense of the word. Sexuality encompasses everything from gender, sexual orientation, dreams and desires regarding sexual practices to sexual behaviour and the perception of sex as both a social and psychological factor. The term can also include feelings and erotic expressions related to sex.

It is said that there is a separate sexuality of men and women, even that there is a sexuality according to the sign of the horoscope. But human sexuality is so universal and individual at the same time that it has to be taken rather in the conof not only a biologically natural but also a social characteristic.

In any case, We have chosen to view the topic of sexuality in a holistic way, and so I have focused on its role not only in the con of reproduction or the differences between men and women. we looked at sexuality mainly in terms of the quality of sexual life.

What Is Sexuality

Behind the word sexuality can be imagined all manifestations, characteristics, abilities and endowments related to sex, sex and sexual life. From my point of view, sexuality is mainly about enjoying quality sex and avoiding various problems in the area of sex life.

  • The basis of healthy sexuality is the functioning of the reproductive system together with healthy expressions of interest in sexual intercourse in terms of techniques and practices
  • An important part is also the ideas related to the satisfaction of erotic and sexual desire, the materialization of which is a practical manifestation of sexuality
  • In a broader perspective, sexuality also includes sexual identity and sexual orientation

It is on the last two concepts that I will dwell in a little more detail. Sexual identity is who one considers oneself to be in terms of gender, so it is about inner sexuality. Sexual orientation, in turn, is which gender or who one is attracted to, especially in terms of sexual attraction externally, in which case it is external sexuality.

These are the four most common sexual orientations found in humans:

  • heterosexual orientation is the most common, is typically attracted to the opposite sex and is important in terms of sexual reproduction
  • homosexual orientation is the second most common and is a sexual orientation where you are attracted to the same sex, i.e. men to men and women to women
  • bisexual orientation is characterized by an attraction to both sexes, i.e. men and women
  • asexual orientation, which is characterized by the fact that the person is attracted to no one and nothing, neither erotically nor emotionally

But sexuality is not only directly related to sexual life, but also to sexual behaviour. This includes, for example, various sexual practices, techniques, but also deviations, aberrations and deviations related to sexual preferences. An equally important part of sexuality is some of its internal and external manifestations.

Broadly speaking, this includes:

  • anatomical, hormonal and reproductive differences between the male and female sexes, which make sexual identity possible feelings of affection or attraction resulting from attraction to each other both sexually and emotionally
  • erotic expressions and behavior, which is also reflected in preferred sexual positions and, in particular, in the manner of sexual stimulation and arousal functionality of all the mechanisms associated with practical sexuality, especially when it comes to various problems and disorders of the genital system

Abstinence From Sex Is Also a Manifestation of

Among the manifestations of sexuality, sexual abstinence is a manifestation of sexuality. In that case, it is most often either a voluntary decision or a short-term pause due to external factors. However, withholding sex for long periods of time does not have a very positive effect.

Sexual Practices and Techniques

Human sexuality also includes sexual practices and techniques. These are the ways in which an individual achieves sexual arousal and satisfaction. The choice of preferred practices reflects inner sexuality and especially erotic predilections, fantasies, desires and fantasies. The choice of practices also determines the quality of sexual life.

Here are generally the most commonly used erotic practices:

  • Masturbation: I have to start with masturbation, as it is one of the most natural forms of expressing one’s sexuality. Masturbation is the most natural form of self-pleasuring, either with the hands or with sex toys. Masturbation serves to release sexual tension and as a substitute for conventional sex if you don’t have a partner.
  • Petting: Petting is used as foreplay, but also as an alternative to traditional direct sex. This is a sexual practice that involves cuddling and close physical contact between partners. Touching, stroking or kissing are most often used, but sometimes oral teasing of the erogenous zones with the tongue is also included.
  • Oral sex: Oral sex is a particularly well-known practice that can be performed by a woman on a man, but also by a man on a woman. It is a non-sexual method of sexual contact that involves only stimulation of the vagina or penis with the mouth or tongue. The advantage, however, is that this practice can be perfected and does not depend on any physiological or innate predispositions.
  • Anal sex: More and more men and women prefer anal sex, sometimes called anal, in their repertoire of sexual techniques. Although it might seem at first glance that only men enjoy this practice, this is not always the case. For anal sex to be an experience for both partners, an exciting foreplay and, above all, its perfect technical execution are essential.
  • Erotic massage: as part of foreplay, but also as a separate erotic practice, this is how erotic massage works. Tantra and nuru massages are especially popular lately, which focus on the unilateral reception of massage with elements of erotic teasing. But massage can be learned by all and so the practice can also be used in casual lovemaking.
  • Handjob / fingering: the last common technique, which is also a complement to erotic massage, are techniques of sexual stimulation of the genitals using the hands. For men, this practice is called handjob and is basically a penis jerking off. For women, the technique is called fingering and is also used to achieve orgasm with G-spot stimulation.

Sexual Deviations and Deviations

In addition to commonly used practices, there are some deviations from sexually accepted norms and healthy expressions of sexuality. These are most commonly classified as sexual deviations and deviant behaviours. These are ways of achieving arousal that are slightly out of the mainstream in terms of sexuality and some are problematic for partner life.

Here are the most widespread sexual deviations:

  • BBW / BHM: These two English abbreviations stand for Big Beautiful Woman and Big Handsome Man and express a mild sexual deviation where someone is morbidly attracted to overweight women or men. Understandably, I do not want to offend anyone, and it may be a question of personal sympathies, but if it is a pathological condition, it is already a sexual deviation.
  • Footfetish: This sexual deviation is quite widespread and almost exclusively in men. It is a fascination with the feet, either the whole feet or just some part of them, most often the soles of the feet. Of course, every man likes beautiful, long and slender legs on a woman, but in this case it is a fetishistic deviation, where the man does not see the woman as a whole, but only her legs.
  • BDSM: Practices based on play between a dominant and a submissive are becoming increasingly popular in the love lives of even many ordinary couples. However, there is also a more complex name for it and that is BDSM. It is a combination of tying or shackling together with inflicting pain, which excites the person practising these practices.
  • MILF: This perversion refers to men who like older women. Understandably, it can also be a subjective issue of attraction in individual cases, but I’m talking more about an obsession with older women, most often between the ages of 40 and 50. The acronym MILF is a derivative of four English words and refers to sexual intercourse with older women.
  • Nymphomania / Satyriasis: Especially in men, this sexual deviation is more a manifestation of humour, but it is a real problem, as it is almost a morbid obsession with sex and all things sexual. The problem affects men as well as women. Nymphomania is the name given to this problem for women, Satyriasis is the name given to the disorder for men.

Sometimes It Is Also a Disease

I would like to remind you that some sexual deviations and perversions can already be classified in medicine as sexual behavior disorders. In this case, it is also necessary to seek professional help, as this no longer has anything to do with healthy sexuality.

How to Improve and Promote Healthy Sexuality

Time Needed : 00 days 01 hours 00 minutes

The quality of sex life, which is the most important thing for me in terms of sexuality, is usually a reflection of several factors. Some of them are even related to lifestyle, others depend on the health and condition of the reproductive system and its functions.

*Based on my own experience, as well as that of my partner, the best support for healthy sexuality is a combination of positive factors together with natural simulants

What does this mean in practice? Simply, it is mainly about reducing negative factors, promoting positive ones related to lifestyle and diet, and at the same time promoting sex life through various sex games in bed or simply changing the routine. With this form of sexuality support, the results will be longer lasting.

So if you want to look as natural as possible, I recommend the following measures:

  1. Limit negative lifestyle

Limit negative lifestyle factors, such as alcohol, smoking, excessive consumption of heavy food or caffeine consumption

  2. Avoid Negative Factors

It is also important to remember the lifestyle, here the negative factors are mainly stress, overwork and lack of sleep, in this respect, changes are also needed

  3. Positive Factors

Positive factors should be put at the forefront, so include fish, fruits, vegetables and nuts
in the diet, known foods to promote sexumne

  4. Exercise

Movement is also very good, especially running, swimming and walking, these are factors that help the vascular system and, in men, to stimulate testosterone

  5. Natural Aphrodisiacs

Not forgetting various natural aphrodisiacs, such as Spanish flies, or some plants in the form of aphrodisiac teas or perfumes

  6. Improve Sex Life

An essential part of sexuality is also sex life, where it is best to spice it up with new sexual positions, toys or practices, in short, to change the stereotype

Frequently Asked Questions About Sexuality

Would you like to know something more about sexuality that I didn’t mention? For example, do pregnancy and sexuality go together? Since I always try to cover each topic as broadly as possible, I decided to look at internet forums and focus on the most asked questions and queries. Now, in one place, I will try to summarize and answer them:

  1. Is there a time in life when there is a problem with sexuality?

In principle, the beginning of life, when the child needs to become aware of his or her sexuality, and the end of a sexually active life, i.e. during menopause and andropause, are the most critical periods in terms of healthy sexuality. In the latter case, it is also a consequence of the decline in hormones.

  2. At what period in children do the first manifestations of sexuality and interest in it begin?

According to scientific publications, the first manifestations are noticeable already before the onset of puberty. Although many parents are worried about healthy development in this area, but this is not out of place. During adolescence and puberty, both girls and boys then become interested in, for example, how to have sex properly.

  3. Which factors are the most negative in relation to sexuality?

These are mainly external environmental factors, particularly lifestyle influences, and also environmental influences in terms of prejudice. The former you can influence, for example, if it concerns addictive substances. The latter you have to deal with, especially if you have a sexual orientation other than the majority sexual orientation.

  4. Do any diseases and illnesses affect sexuality?

Yes, most often these are either functional disorders directly related to the reproductive system, or systemic diseases that interfere with the functions of the reproductive system. In men, the most common problems are erectile dysfunction, in women, low libido.

  5. Is physical desire part of sexuality, regardless of sexual intercourse?

Yes, any expression that has even the slightest undertone in relation to a natural attraction to the opposite sex is all part of sexuality. It can be seen even in such an innocent matter as kissing and hickeys, about which I wrote a separate text.

How Do Sex Drive Enhancers Work and Why Do I Recommend Them

Natural stimulants can also be used to promote healthy sexuality and increase sex drive. These are well-known aphrodisiacs that have been used for centuries and are mainly based on various plants and herbs that also have an effect on the average length of sex, for example.

The principle of operation of these preparations is simple:

  • With the help of plant aphrodisiacs, amino acids and other trace elements, they act to improve blood circulation to the genitals and to naturally increase libido through hormonal levels

Thanks to the fact that the composition of the preparations is natural, there is no need to worry about any major side effects. Most often, you will find herbal extracts and extracts from plants such as Damiana, Sage or Rosehip, which help to increase libido for men and increase libido for women. To improve blood circulation to the external genitalia there are amino acids, most often L-Arginine is in the composition.

The preparations are additionally associated with the following benefits:

  • They have a more complex effect than just on the sex drive, for example, they help men to better stop burning and women to better overall vitality
  • A big plus is that these are freely available preparations, which means that you can buy pills, creams and gels without a prescription
  • Last but not least, the way of buying them is also a plus, besides the fact that you can buy them in the pharmacy, you can also order them from the official manufacturers’ online stores

The advantage of the different forms of preparations is that you can choose exactly what you need in terms of use. For example, pills can be taken regularly every day for a long time, creams and gels can be taken once only before sexual intercourse.

Don’t Be Afraid of Combining Forms

Although different brands of preparations should not be combined with each other, if they are different forms of the same brand, here the situation is already different. For example, my partner used both creams and erection pills at the same time, and it significantly improved the effect on libido. Don’t be afraid of a similar combination either!

Preparations That My Partner and I Have Tried and Our Experience With Them

From time to time, human sexuality needs a bit of a push and that’s why both my partner and I have taken similar preparations. There is a really wide selection of them on the market, so there is a lot to choose from, but remember that you shouldn’t just take into account what the manufacturer says about their product. On the contrary, you need to read between the lines.

First of all, look at the composition and concentration of important active ingredients. Secondly, look for experience and references from practice. If you want to be inspired by our experience, we publish the brands that have worked best for us:
