FDA on dosage of Zolpidem
New data suggest that some users may otherwise have trouble the next day with activities that require alertness, such as driving. For women, the recommended dosage of zolpidem is reduced from 10 mg to 5 mg (instant release) and from 12.5 to 6.25 mg (extended release). The FDA still recommends that doctors prescribe the same doses to men as to women, although the half-life for zolpidem in men is shorter. Do you want to know more?
