Erection

Erection, also called stalking, is the alpha and omega of potency in a man. It is the state of erection of the penis that allows full sexual intercourse and reproduction. Erection is therefore a prerequisite not only for sexual intercourse, but especially for potency, ejaculation and, consequently, fertility of the man in relation to his offspring.

Basically all the articles I publish revolve around erections. But more importantly, it is around erections that men’s sex lives revolve. All men deal with it, but usually only from the moment they first have problems with it.

It is natural that we take an erection for granted, as it is biologically a given. But how an erection works, what precedes it, what happens during it and what to do if there are problems, we will answer all this right now. See below some substances which can help to get an erection.

What Is an Erection, or Stopping an erection

Most men consider stopping and erection to be identical concepts, but this is not entirely the case. Erection is a physiological act during which the penis hardens and erects with the help of specific biological mechanisms. This final state is called erection.

  • Erection is the state of complete erection of the sexual organ in a man, but by definition also the erection of the clitoris in a woman
  • This state of arousal occurs on the basis of sexual arousal preceded by direct or indirect sexual stimulation
  • Stopping as such is a mechanism and process that results in erection

Erection is a prerequisite for one of the two basic sexual functions of the sex organ. In the unstunted state, the penis is intended as an outlet of the urethra for the excretion of liquid toxic substances from the body. In the erect state, the penis, precisely because of the erection, is intended as an instrument for the sexual union of man and woman and also as a means of securing offspring.

In order for an erection to occur, three important factors need to be coordinated:

  • First of all, it is a control by the nervous system, so it is important to have a proper nerve supply and functionality of the central nervous system as well as the peripheral nerves in order for the erection to occur
  • The arterial supply must also function properly, in particular sufficient blood supply to the cavernous tissue in the erectile bodies
  • The third factor is the proper functioning of the veno-occlusive mechanism and the cavernous system; this is the key factor for achieving a maximum erection.

Erection occurs as a result of sexual stimulation, so its course is also influenced by the correct perception of this stimulation, its evaluation in the brain and sending a response to the sexual system. There, the blood supply is activated and the blood supply to the corpora lutea is increased. If even one of the above factors does not function properly, erectile failure may occur.

Erection, however, occurs not only as a result of sexual stimulation, but also as a reflex:

  • This condition is referred to as nocturnal erection or morning erection, about which I have written this separate article
  • It is a reflex test of the whole mechanism of erection, which is repeated several times a night during the sleep phase called REM sleep
  • If you have an erection during the night and even in the morning, it means that the process of stopping is working fine and you should not have any problems of a physiological type

Ending an Erection

Erection as a state is indeed the final stage in terms of hardening, but in terms of sexual functionality and meaning, an erection must end with a climax, or orgasm. In a healthy man the erection is always terminated by an orgasm coupled with ejaculation, i.e. the ejaculation of semen.

How an Erection Is Formed and What Stages It Has

Erection is produced by the process of stopping, which has several stages. Although in principle it is a very natural biological process inherent in many species, including humans, it is also a process that is demanding in terms of its effects on blood vessels and nerves, and requires the proper functioning of all factors involved in the process of the onset and course of the stopping.

These are the 6 stages of erection from the point of view of biological functioning:

  • Resting Phase: In the resting phase, the blood supply to the penis functions as it normally does. This means that there is a contraction of the smooth muscles of the blood vessels and the walls of the corpora lutea, as a result of which blood cannot settle in the corpora lutea. The entire penis is nourished with blood only in the necessary quantity, usually from 1.4 to 4 ml of blood per 100 g of tissue.
  • Initiation phase: at the beginning of sexual stimulation, nerve signals are sent from the peripheral nerves to the central nervous system, where these signals are processed in the brain, which sends a signal to the sexual system to start the stalking process. There is a relaxation of the vascular walls, the walls of the sinusoids in the erectile bodies, and an increase in blood flow.
  • Tumescence phase: the third phase is the phase of rapid engorgement. Due to the high arterial blood flow, the dilated sinusoidal system is filled. Simultaneously, the intracavernosal pressure rises and equilibrates with the mean arterial pressure. Expansion of the sinusoids leads to the formation of a functional venous occlusion.
  • Full Erection Phase: This is followed by the full erection phase, during which there is a stabilization of systolic pressure and also intracavernosal pressure. The arterial inflow also stabilizes and the penile volume and its rigidity come into almost complete correlation. At this stage, the stopping is maximal, the blood circulation in the penis is stable and it reaches its maximum size.
  • Rigid erection phase: if sexual stimulation continues, with full nervous system function, climax accompanied by ejaculation occurs in response to this stimulation. Just before orgasm, a so-called rigid erection occurs for a short period of time, accompanied by active contractions of the striated muscles and up to a 3-fold increase in intracavernous pressure.
  • The detumescence phase: this is the final phase, which occurs either after sexual stimulation has ceased or after climax and ejaculation have been reached. There is a contraction of the smooth muscles of the blood vessels of the penis and the erectile bodies, resulting in the resumption of the free outflow of blood from these bodies. There is a cessation of stopping and flaccidity of the penis.

Disorders, Problems and Diseases Associated With Erection

When it comes to erection problems, erectile dysfunction is the most talked about among men. This term refers to a condition where a full-fledged healthy erection cannot be achieved. While this is the most well-known disorder, it is certainly not the only one that is associated with erections.

These are the most common diseases and problems associated with erection as such:

  • Insufficient (weak) erection: weak and insufficient erections are related to the erectile dysfunction mentioned above. This condition is manifested by incomplete hardening, difficulty in achieving an erection and also difficulty in maintaining it. The cause may be factors related to the cardiovascular system, but also a problem of the neurological system.
  • Short erection: a short erection is a disorder of erection length, which is characterized by the attainment of an erection, but also by its very rapid flaccidity. The cause is most often a problem with the retention of blood in the tops of the erectile bodies, so it is a functional problem. Too short erection can also be associated with another problem, namely too fast ejaculation.
  • Permanent erection: the opposite situation is permanent erection, also known as priapism. This condition occurs most often as a reaction to a malfunctioning of the vascular blood supply to the penis. However, do not think that this is some ideal condition. Permanent erection is painful and there are also cases when the origin of this disorder fails to even be detected.
  • Retrograde erection: retrograde erection is a misnomer for retrograde ejaculation. This is retrograde ejaculation, where the man does not experience normal ejaculation at the end of sexual stimulation, but inward ejaculation, where the sperm are ejaculated back into the bladder. This condition can have many causes and in particular negatively affects fertility.
  • Delayed erection: if, despite sexual stimulation, an erection does not occur in a short enough time, we call the condition delayed erection. In this case, the most common causes are problems with the processing of stimulation in the nervous system or disorders of the blood vessels. It can also be intentional, as I write about it in my article on how to delay an erection.
  • Painful erection: painful erection is not a separate disease, but rather a symptom indicating the presence of some other disorder and disease. For example, erectile pain can also occur as a result of the aforementioned priapism, but also as a consequence of phimosis, Peyronie’s disease, trauma or tumor formation. This is a condition that must surely be dealt with by a doctor and only a doctor.

Diagnosis Is Essential

For each of these disorders, do not underestimate the professional diagnosis by a doctor, which begins with a medical history, and if necessary, clinical and physiological tests are also carried out. These can determine the cause in almost every single man and also suggest the right type of solution.

How to Improve and Promote Erection

Even if you are not suffering from any of the above mentioned disorders or diseases, it does not mean that it is not possible to improve or promote erection in any way. Prevention is always better than dealing with the problem afterwards, and in the case of erections, this is doubly true, as thousands of men will confirm.

  • Based on my own experience, I dare to say that the improvement and promotion of erections are best when they are realized in a natural way without various synthetic substances

Even incipient problems with weak or insufficient erections can be dealt with much better initially than if they are neglected and ignored for a long time. Sometimes it takes very little indeed to improve the condition. Most men have erection problems caused by causes and factors that they can very well influence themselves.

These are the factors that have the greatest impact on the quality of erection:

  • Healthy foods, i.e. rich in vitamins, minerals, amino acids and trace elements; on the contrary, fatty and heavy foods and sweets should be avoided
  • A good lifestyle, i.e. no smoking, minimal alcohol, plenty of rest, avoidance of stress
  • Sufficient exercise and avoidance of metabolic, cardiovascular and neurological diseases, which have the greatest impact on erectile function
  • Sufficient vitality, both physiological and psychological, which includes mental health
  • The right level of testosterone, as this hormone in men influences everything from sexual appetite to the correct course of erection and healthy climax

Frequently Asked Questions About Erection

Let’s look now at a few practical questions that men and their partners are quite interested in, especially on various internet forums and in discussions. Since my aim is to treat the whole topic of erections comprehensively and from all points of view, I am presenting the most frequently asked questions here, together with my own answers:

How Erection Pills Work and Why I Recommend Them

It is not all about natural erection support pills that I would like to say a little more. From my point of view, it is one possible natural solution, which, thanks to its composition, affects a number of factors that I have already mentioned above in the promotion and improvement of erections.

The principle of operation of these tablets is quite simple:

  • The composition of the pills is 100% natural and natural, and you will find extracts of potency-enhancing plants, which are supplemented with amino acids, minerals and vitamins.

As for the plant extracts mentioned above, these are plants belonging to the category of natural aphrodisiacs. Most often these are Asian or South American plants and herbs, such as Ginseng, Maca, Saw Palmetto, Tribulus Terrestris and the like. Their beneficial effect on erection, libido and even fertility is proven by centuries of use.

In addition, these pills also have three very important and literally invaluable benefits:

  • They are available without prescription, precisely because there are no synthetic drugs in their composition, but only natural and natural substances
  • They have a broader action and, as I said, they are not only used to promote erections, but also to improve sexual appetite or promote healthy ejaculation
  • Side effects are almost non-existent and this advantage is due to the 100% natural composition mentioned above

A very big advantage of these tablets is the possibility of long-term use. Thanks to the affordable price and almost zero side effects, these preparations are literally destined for regular and long-term use, and I myself confirm that this is when they achieve the best results.

Don’t Forget the Other Options

But I don’t want it to look like you have all sorts of pills to throw at each other. Although in this case these are really beneficial natural preparations, do not forget about other options. For example, a good diet and lifestyle are much more important than you might think at first glance.

Pills I’ve Tried and My Experience With Them

Tablets designed by their composition to improve and support erections are many on our market. I will not tell you anything, many of them do not work very well in practice, and so everything they promise remains only on the packaging. However, that doesn’t mean that there aren’t also brands that can really help you, you just need to find them.

If you don’t want to waste your time trying one brand after another, you can try the ones that have worked best for me. It’s not quite a 100% guarantee of reliability, but at least it’s a point of reference based on experience. Whatever you like, these are the ones:
