Ejaculation

Along with erections and their quality, ejaculation is a bit of an afterthought and few men give it as much space as it deserves. In fact, the ejaculation of semen from the penis as a consequence of orgasm is considered something automatic and most men don’t worry too much about ejaculation, of course, until the first problems with it start.

But just as there can be no potency without an erection, there can be no ejaculation without an orgasm. Orgasm, on the other hand, cannot come without a good stopping, and so it is clear that everything is connected in this case too.

Although male ejaculation is most commonly thought of by this term, women can also experience a state visually similar to male ejaculation. However, I will address this phenomenon separately in this special article on female ejaculation.

What Is Male Ejaculation

From a sexual point of view, ejaculation refers to the discharge or squirting of male semen from the genital organ. There are several mechanisms behind this process, and before the ejaculate reaches the urethra, its journey is quite long, and even here there can be problems.

  • Ejaculation is the ejaculation of semen caused by a man reaching orgasm and this is based on sexual stimulation
  • Through ejaculation the function of reproduction is fulfilled and, like erection, ejaculation is a prerequisite for fertility
  • Ejaculation without orgasm caused by sexual stimulation is called pollutions

Young boys can also very often be troubled by spontaneous ejaculation, called semi-purge, which occurs during sexual puberty at night. In all other cases, ejaculation is the result of a healthy erection and sexual stimulation. If an adult male nevertheless experiences spontaneous ejaculation, it is a sign of a problem in his sex life.

The following three factors have an influence on the occurrence of ejaculation, which must work properly:

  • To begin with, sexual stimulation is necessary, the perception, processing and evaluation of which is dependent on the ability of healthy perception through the nervous system
  • Consequently, the functionality of erection and stalking is important, which are prerequisites for healthy sexual intercourse
  • At the end, the activity of all the organs of the genital system from the testicles to the prostate is important, which are actively involved in the process of ejaculation

If even one of the above factors fails, there is a problem with the healthy progression of ejaculation. However, this is also influenced, for example, by diet and lifestyle in virtually the same way as erection. Several disorders and problems associated with ejaculation stem precisely from a long-term unhealthy state of the whole organism.

As for some important data on ejaculation, here are some numbers:

  • The average man ejaculates around 7 to 8 thousand times during his lifetime
  • The average man produces up to 17 liters of ejaculate
  • In a healthy man there are 40 to 600 million sperm in each ejaculate after orgasm
  • The lifetime of sperm from development to ejaculation is 2.5 months, after ejaculation it survives for a maximum of 6 days depending on environmental conditions

First Ejaculation and Copulation

A special condition from the point of view of ejaculation is the first ejaculation. This usually occurs around the age of 12 to 13 years and is very often a state of semi-contemplation, i.e. involuntary ejaculation at night. This condition may recur a few more times, but over time it stops completely.

What Is Male Ejaculation

The occurrence and progression of ejaculation has several phases involving several physiological, biological and mental processes taking place in the male organism. In order for ejaculation to be successful and natural, the harmony of these events is essential. If there is a problem during the process or if any of the events do not take place properly, it will result in problems and disorders of ejaculation.

Here are the stages of a healthy ejaculation from introduction to conclusion:

  • Sexual stimulation must start with: Sexual stimulation, which causes an erection by increasing the blood flow to the penis and its spongy bodies. The nervous system activates the erection mechanism and also sends a stimulus to the testicles to activate the seminal glands and prepare for the ejection of sperm.
  • The phase of approaching orgasm: As sexual stimulation continues, with proper functioning of the nervous system, there is a gradual accumulation of a dose of sperm in the seminal glands. The quality of the erection should be at its highest at these moments in order to allow for a full ejaculation of semen, as I also write about in my detailed article focusing on this part of ejaculation.
  • Sexual climax phase: the attainment of sexual climax, or orgasm, is a consequence of the action of sexual stimulation and is a reflexive response of the nervous system. Simultaneously with the attainment of orgasm, a stream of sperm begins to be expelled by contractions from the seminal glands and reaches the prostate gland through the seminiferous tubes. Here the spermatozoa are mixed with secretion containing a transparent protein and the ejaculate is formed.
  • External ejaculation phase: thanks to the contraction of the muscles, the ejaculate and sperm are expelled out of the penis through the urethra. Depending on the condition of the urethra and also on the strength of the muscular contractions, the ejaculate is ejected and shot out into the surrounding environment in varying intensity.
  • The phase of ejaculation termination and muscle relaxation: this is the final phase, which is mainly characterized by muscle twitching observed on the penis and the subsequent relaxation of the entire musculature. The muscle twitches are caused by contractions occurring directly in the bladder and their purpose is to prevent the ejaculate from going back into the urethra.

Disorders, Problems and Diseases Associated With Ejaculation

Problems with ejaculation can be both severe and minor in nature. Some are just the result of short-term environmental influences, such as premature ejaculation as a result of nervousness or weak ejaculation due to short-term low libido or too frequent sexual intercourse. But some have more serious causes.

These are the most common problems associated with ejaculation:

  • Premature ejaculation: probably the most common problem that men experience is ejaculating too quickly or prematurely. The cause may be in physiology, it may also be the result of inflammation or chronic hypersensitivity to sexual stimulation due to improper functioning of peripheral nerves. Either way, it is a problem and I have addressed it in the topic of how to delay ejaculation.
  • Bloody ejaculation: blood in the ejaculate or semen is most often the result of inflammation of the prostate gland. If the prostate has been overly congested, for example, blood may also appear in the semen. However, if the situation recurs too often, it may also be the result of a tumour, damage to the urethra or a manifestation of venereal diseases, for example HIV.
  • Weak ejaculation: too weak ejaculation can indicate problems with either insufficient muscle contractions or it is a problem with low libido and sexual arousal. If weak ejaculation occurs intermittently, it may be a problem with underactive prostate and insufficient production of prostatic secretion, or it may be a problem in the urethra.
  • Strong ejaculation: the opposite situation is too strong ejaculation. It can be influenced by the current situation, for example, too high testosterone levels and the resulting increased libido, or it can be the result of improper muscle and bladder function during ejaculation of the ejaculate. For this to be a really serious problem, this condition must occur regularly and repeatedly.
  • Retrograde ejaculation: this problem is also called retrograde ejaculation and it is a condition that is characterized by the absence of external expulsion of ejaculate out of the urethra. The semen is indeed ejaculated but not out, in fact in the process of ejaculation it enters the urethra. The cause is most often a malfunction of the mechanism of expulsion of semen by contractions.
  • Delayed ejaculation: there are two possible causes behind this problem. The first is the condition of reaching orgasm, but delayed ejaculation. The most common cause is an obstruction in the path of semen from the seminal glands through the prostate to the urethra. The second condition is characterized by a delay of orgasm even with ejaculation, where many factors may already be the cause.
  • Painful ejaculation: the problem of pain during ejaculation may be the result of some other disease or even taking some medications. In the case of diseases, for example, it may be related to lower urinary tract infections, a consequence of inflammation or prostate cancer, but also as a reaction to inflammation of the testicle.

Medical Examination Will Show More

Although I myself am not an advocate of getting sober too quickly, if any of the above problems recur, I recommend seeing a doctor for diagnosis. This is true in virtually all cases, but especially if none of the usual home remedies improve the condition.

How to Improve and Promote Ejaculation

Obviously, you are now wondering how to improve ejaculation and what can be done about it. The basic rule of thumb should be to concentrate on the most natural options and methods, which even for me have ultimately proven to be the most effective.

  • Promoting healthy ejaculation must be based on a combination of several measures, but these should not act in isolation, but should instead be as comprehensive as possible

In fact, healthy ejaculation is also related to healthy erections, proper testosterone levels, proper urinary function and proper muscle function. Fortunately, these factors can be influenced without too much trouble, but it does require long-term, targeted action following a few principles.

These are the ones I have stuck to myself:

  • Adherence to a healthy diet consisting of eating foods containing sufficient vitamins and nutrients and, conversely, avoiding fatty and heavy foods
  • Promoting natural libido and testosterone levels, in particular by avoiding those influences that have an adverse effect on this area
  • Limiting smoking and alcohol, as these two factors have a bad effect on the quality of erections, the progress of ejaculation, the production of ejaculate and also on the quality of sperm
  • Improving physical fitness, especially by regular exercise, which also counteracts, for example, civilization diseases that have a negative effect on ejaculation and fertility
  • Supporting ejaculation by using various plants and herbs, for example in the form of teas, which have proven aphrodisiac effects on libido and also on the condition of the prostate or the urinary tract

Frequently Asked Questions

There are a number of issues related to ejaculation or ejaculate that I haven’t mentioned yet. I will do so now in response to a number of suggestions I have found from both men and women on various internet forums and in discussions. Some of the questions are interesting for their content alone, others I consider important from a health point of view.

  1. Can I Control the Strength and Amount of Ejaculation?

Yes, and especially by affecting libido and lifestyle. Higher libido not only means better erections due to higher testosterone levels, but it also increases sexual energy, the intensity of orgasm and therefore the intensity of ejaculation. More fluid in turn means more ejaculate.
    medical terms medicine

  2. Do Drinks and Alcohol Affect Ejaculation?

Yes, and not just in terms of quantity, as I indicated in my answer above. Sufficient fluid intake, especially water, is also important for the quality of the ejaculate. But the problem arises with alcoholic beverages, especially beer and wine, where their excessive volume also negatively affects the sperm.

  3. Can Ejaculate Change Consistency and Color During Ejaculations?

In the case of healthy ejaculation, it certainly should not. However, the consistency also depends on the actual water level in the body, so some variations are permissible here. However, the discoloration of the ejaculate to brown, for example, may already indicate internal bleeding and is definitely not a healthy condition.

  4. Is There Any Support for Healthy Ejaculation? Or Any Prevention?

Yes, the best prevention is a healthy lifestyle and an overall healthy state of the body as a whole. However, to improve ejaculation and potency in general, there is also “doping” and this comes in the form of various preparations and tablets. I write about them here, but also in the article on how to prolong ejaculation.

  5. How to Achieve Female Ejaculation and Does It Work at All?

I have saved this last question for last, as I find it very interesting from a man's point of view. However, since there is not enough space here to answer it comprehensively, I have prepared a separate article on it entitled How to achieve female ejaculation.

How Ejaculation Pills Work and Why I Recommend Them

Part of the support of male healthy ejaculation, but also fertility and potency in general, are special pills composed of purely natural substances. These are not placebos, but truly effective preparations that are based on the long experience of our ancestors.

These pills work with a simple principle:

  • In their composition you will find precisely selected extracts and extracts of plants most effective on erection, potency, libido and ejaculation, which are supplemented with amino acids and vitamins

Especially preparations containing Saw Palmetto, Maca, Anemone, Ginseng or Damiana, which are considered to be great plants and herbs that also support healthy ejaculation and fertility, have very beneficial effects. Of course, I am not saying that this is an all-powerful “cure”, but the beneficial effect of these ingredients is proven by centuries of experience of traditional medicine.

Time Needed : 00 days 00 hours 10 minutes

In addition, these types of preparations also have three very important advantages:

  1. Comprehensive Effect

First of all, they have a comprehensive effect on all areas of sexual life, so they act extremely widely and this is very good for ejaculation

  2. Side Effects

Secondly, thanks to their composition, they have minimal side effects, I do not even remember any that occurred to me

  3. Dosage

Thirdly, their composition and the method of dosage predestines them for long-term action and I myself have taken each brand for several months

Last but not least, I must mention the very good accessibility. Since there are no artificially and chemically produced substances in their content, you can buy the pills without a prescription. You can also do so directly from the eshops of official distributors, which means the lowest possible price on the market.

Think Also About Spermatogenesis

The process called spermiogenesis or spermatogenesis refers to the development of sex cells, or sperm. This process is also influenced by a number of substances, so if possible, I recommend choosing products that contain substances that also have a beneficial effect on this area.

Pills I’ve Tried and My Experience With Them

I have had the privilege of trying a number of brands of different kinds of pills to support potency and ejaculation. I will honestly say that it was not always such an honor, but it is not necessary for a few negative exceptions to dismiss all means as a whole. Several are based on centuries-old and proven effects of many natural substances.

So if I can immodestly advise you not to waste your time and throw your money out the window for pills with less effect, I myself have had the best experience with only a few brands, which are also generally well rated. These are in particular:
